Do you feel like you sometimes live in a state of fear? Fear of rejection, fear of the unknown, fear of not getting something right, fear of talking to others...the list could go on and on, right!? Living with ADHD can heighten this feeling of fear and leave us feeling paralyzed by tasks, social interactions, and can lead to perfectionism, anxiety, and even send us down a spiral of obsessive negative thinking! UGH, no thank you!!! Let's tackle this topic head on so we can get out of that fear cycle and find ways to overcome day to day fears that pop up!

In this episode, you will meet TV star, Justin Maina, who was an athlete on the show America Ninja Warrior. Justin lives in San Diago California where he is now on a mission to help others through an outreach called, love fearless! Justin is also passionate about the current project he's working on now called "Fear Hunter." This show will be featured on YouTube, where he will be on the hunt to find others who are experiencing different types of fear in their lives and helps them gain confidence and truth in the face of their fears! How cool is that!?

Justin shares how fear is something we can come up against and take steps through. He talks about his experience on the ninja warrior show, and gives the 3 steps he takes to overcome fear...1. Pray/release your fear to a trusted adult 2. Self-Talk 3. Paint a picture of the outcome of overcoming fear. This is an episode you don't want to miss!
