Welcome back to part 2 as we dive deeper into WHAT steps we can take when we find ourselves struggling with anxiety. My personal ADHD life coach, Jessica Heimsoth, joins us again on this episode as we talk about becoming self-aware, taking breaths, sharing thoughts feelings, and emotions with a trusted adult. Through practice we can find ourselves more calm and responding to "anxious" moments in a whole new way! Please note that children experience anxiety in unique ways and have different levels of need. I hope that this episode is a stepping stone to grow in this area and a new calm is found.
